These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jun356 ("jun356," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jun356 online gaming platform available at https://jun356.net and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). 2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the jun356 Platform. Any registration made by a person under the age of 21 is void, and any funds associated with such an account may be forfeited. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests.

3.1 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your jun356 account. You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.

3.2 You must notify jun356 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jun356 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your access to the jun356 Platform is secured against unauthorized use, including by minors. If you use a shared or public device to access jun356, you must log out completely upon each session and ensure that your credentials are not saved on shared devices.

4.2 All deposits made to your jun356 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment source belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any account found to have accepted third-party deposits may be suspended pending investigation.

Attempting to withdraw funds derived from bonus play before meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

11.2 jun356's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your jun356 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 jun356 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods where reasonably practicable.

11.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes jun356's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12.1 The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by jun356 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the jun356 Privacy Policy.

15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the jun356 Platform or these Terms and Conditions, you agree to first contact jun356 support to attempt an informal resolution. jun356 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
